Miami Spice 2015 - Red the Steakhouse

This next #MiamiSpice adventure I'm sharing with you has been one of the most impressive so far for 2015. It doesn't really surprise me though. Executive Chef Peter Vauthy has an unmistakable passion for what he does, and he does it well. You probably know exactly where I'm referring to but in case you don't, it's Red the Steakhouse, located at 119 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach.

Red the Steakhouse is one of those places that always nails it. From the upscale decor yet comfortable ambiance, to the incredible flavor packed in each dish, this is a spot you want to make sure to add to your Miami Spice must-dos. As is his trademark, Peter Vauthy has come up with a Miami Spice menu that captures the attention of every palate and ensures each guest has something amazing to try. Rotating it every week, it practically looks like a regular menu with so many options. And the best part, each week has a theme that will keep you coming back time and time again during the promotion, including one very special one showcasing "Red's Greatest Hits".

Every Friday during the promotion will be
"Prime Rib Friday" featuring their classic Prime Rib

Take a look at some of the appetizers they are featuring on the menu: Steak Tartare, Burrata Salad, Soup du Jour, Oysters Rockefeller, a Variety of Fresh Salads, and Fried Burrata.  I was absolutely blown away by the Tartare and the Fried Burrata. The tartare was fresh and light and the fried burrata dish had a magical sweet and savory allure that just made me dip for more. Something else that stood out for me was how amazing each house made salad dressing tasted. It took the simple starters to a whole new level. Here's a look at some of the appetizer dishes we savored (keep in mind they are available during different weeks of the promotion):

Steak Tartare
A delicious blend of certified angus beef tenderloin and caper vinaigrette

Entrees are just as fantastic and exciting at Red. Depending on whether it's Classic Steakhouse Week 1, Seafood Week 2, Italian Week 3 or Red's Greatest Hits Week 4, you can choose from an array of outstanding dishes. My favorites were the Meatballs and the Snapper.

Red the Steakhouse is a winner for Miami Spice. Just like last year, it continues to wow its guests with the quality, portions and selection of dishes available on their menu. You must go and fast. And don't forget to pair your meal with either one of their expertly crafted cocktails or a glass (or three) of fine wine.
