On top of a large variety of Peruvian food stands and other concessions, the renowned chef ambassador of Peru, Flavio Solorzano will be leading a Live Cooking Master Class for guests' gastronomic pleasure. Some of the chefs participating in this extravaganza include Danny Kou from Kousine Peruvian Kitchen, Javier Narvaez from Pisco y Nazca and Javier Florez from Aromas del Peru, among others. VIP guests will be sampling all the delicious dishes cooked live, as well as cleansing their palates with Pisco, beer and wine. Woo Hoo.
