STK's Summer Soiree Wowed Guests With Inventive Culinary Creations

In true South Beach style, STK kicked off summer with thirst quenching libations like their signature Strawberry Cobbler cocktail, elegant raw bar, a summery Spring Pea Truffle Risotto, an indulgent carving station with bone-in-strip, porter house and tomahawk steaks, and a truly over-the-top dessert bar.

Guests were treated to a sizzling summer preview of their mouthwatering menu items, while enjoying their usual good vibes. STK pulled out all the stops with a raw seafood station featuring their fresh and delicious prawns, oysters and crab. Meat lovers enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres, STK's juicy signature cuts and a variety of side dishes, including a creamed corn that made me take a few trips to the buffet table.

As if the cocktails weren't enough, decadent desserts were packed with a rum punch, and a gelato station featured boozy indulgences prepared with Dom Perignon and Don Julio 1942 made everyone just a little more giddy throughout the evening.
