So give me a big Whoop Whoop if you love black truffle? I do too and Serafina in Aventura Mall is the place to go to enjoy these tasty mushrooms. Turns out they import these truffles from their own place in Italy. Delizioso.
We had a fantastic dinner at the popular Italian eatery and enjoyed every dish to the max. Starting with the Carpaccio Di Filetto Tartufo Nero. OMG! My mouth waters remembering the delicious paper thin slices of filet Mignon carpaccio topped with warm black truffle and sautéed potatoes.
Our entrees were just as amazing. We indulged in the Lobster Ravioli served with a creamy and delicious lobster sauce and the Grilled Salmon with Pasta. Something else you definitely want to try at Serafina is their Cacio E Pepe prepared tableside. Talk about an authentic Italian culinary experience!
Of course, the evening will not be complete without a happy ending. I highly recommend the Tiramisu: a decadent sweet finale that was both creamy with just the right balance of bitterness and sweet from the coffee and cocoa powder.. We also enjoyed the Cheesecake which was a great option for a lighter end to the meal.
It isn’t just the food and wine you’ll love at Serafina. The ambiance is great and their decor is whimsical and fun.
